For those who have received a termination letter, please be aware that we are still actively negotiating our agreement with Highmark. However, if our efforts fail and we are unable to continue our relationship with Highmark, we will remain in-network providers until the termination date of October 18.

If you have seen one of our providers in the last 12 months, we encourage you to contact Highmark at (800) 485-2889 and request a continuation of care with us.

If you are currently receiving treatment from us, your care will continue as planned, so please keep your appointment even if it is scheduled after the termination date.
