COVID-19 Information

To our Patients:

To ensure we provide our patients, staff, and visitors a safe, healthy, protected environment, we are taking preventive actions to decrease exposure to the spread of upper respiratory infections or flu-like symptoms.

If you have traveled outside of the US and/or are experiencing flu-like symptoms, please postpone your appointments to a later date. Our call center representatives can help schedule a new appointment once you no longer have flu-like symptoms.

To minimize the spread and protect our patients, visitors and staff we asked that you:

• Wash Hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
• Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
• Cover your coughs and sneezes
• Please stay home if sick or with symptoms such as:
  
  • Fever
  • Cough
  • Sneezing
  • Shortness of breath

If you have any of these symptoms, please contact your medical physician for further advice.
