Physical Therapists

Randy Neri, PT, ATC

Randy has 23 years of outpatient Orthopedic/Sports Medicine physical therapy experience and 15 years of Athletic Training/ Sports Medicine experience. He graduated from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science with a master of Physical Therapy in 1988. He is also a Certified Athletic Trainer since 1996.
He is a licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Kathleen Finlayson, MPT, CSCS

Kathleen Finlayson, MPT, CSCS

Kathleen has 14 years of outpatient orthopedic therapy experience.
She holds a Bachelors in Health Science (1996) and Masters in Physical Therapy (1997) from the University of Scranton.
She is a licensed physical therapist and is a NSCA Certified Strengthening and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

Kathy Koberlein, PT

Kathy has 39 years of experience working in hospitals, homecare and outpatient Orthopedic/ Sports Medicine therapy and teaching. She is a licensed physical therapist in the state of Pennsylvania. She holds a B.S. in Physical Therapy from Temple University.

Charlotte L. Salgado, PT, DPT

Charlotte is a 2005 alumnus of Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, with a Doctorate degree in physical therapy. She also is a 2001 alumnus of Sant Joseph's University, with a Bachelors of Science Degree. She has experience in acute inpatient care, acute rehabilitation, pediatric homecare, and orthopedic outpatient settings. Charlotte is a credentialed clinical instructor with the American Physical Therapy Association. She is licensed to practice in New York and Pennsylvania.

Linda A. Green

Linda graduated from Keystone College with an Associates Degree in Applied Science, Physical Therapist Assistant in December of 1996. She also received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Scranton in May of 1983. She is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Pennsylvania.
Her work experience includes various orthopedic outpatient facilities throughout the Lehigh Valley and Monroe County areas since 1997.

Danielle Keys

Danielle is a recent graduate from Central Pennsylvania College with as Associates Degree in Applied Science for Physical Therapist Assistant. She has 2 years experience in outpatient therapy as a Physical Therapy Aide.

Gabriele McIntyre

Gabriele has 12 years experience in outpatient physical therapy. She has an Associates Degree in Applied Science for Physical Therapist Assistant program from Essex County College in 1999. She is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in Pennsylvania.

Dawn Thompsett

Dawn has 22 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy. She has an Associates Degree in Applied Science for Physical Therapist Assistant program from Union County College in 1989. She is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in Pennsylvania and also a certified Massage Therapist.

Mountain Valley Orthopedics is pleased to offer our patients a state-of-the-art Physical Therapy Department and fully equipped Fitness Area. Our highly experienced clinical staff includes Physical Therapists, and Athletic Trainers. We specialize in outpatient orthopedic care, and offer specialized services that include Hand Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, Work Conditioning, and Post Rehab Fitness programs.
