Frederick J. Barnes, MD FACS, FICS, FAAOS

Dr. Barnes is Chief of the Department of Orthopedics at Pocono Health Systems, he is the Vice President of the Monroe County Medical Society, board member of the Pennsylvania Orthopedic Society and a member of the Pennsylvania Medical Society.

A graduate of Cornell University Medical College, Dr. Barnes completed his internship and Residency in Orthopedic Surgery at the New Jersey Medical School University, a level 1 Trauma Center. He served as Chief Resident in Orthopedic Surgery at the University. Dr. Barnes is Board Certified and is on active staff at Pocono Health Systems. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

   

Maurizio Cibischino, MD FAAOS, FACS, FAANA

Arthoscopic Surgery(knee, shoulder, elbow, ankle); ACL Reconstruction (Primary, Revision); Sports Medicine

A graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, Dr. Cibischino received his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (Rutgers). He served as Chief Resident in Orthopedic Surgery at the University. He completed a one year Fellowship in Sports Medicine at Kentucky Sports Medicine, in Lexington, Kentucky. He is Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery and is on active staff at Pocono Health Systems. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is an active member of the Arthroscopy Association of North America and serves as a team doctor for the East Stroudsburg University "Warrior" Football and all athletics.

   

Christopher D. DiPasquale, DO Board Certified
Board Certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery

Upper Extremity, Shoulder Arthroplasty, Joint Preserving Techniques including Osteotomies and ACI, Arthroscopic Surgery

A graduate of LaSalle University, Dr. DiPasquale received his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association of Orthopaedics and a member of the Pennsylvania Orthopedic Society. Dr. DiPasquale is Board Certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery, and is on active staff at Pocono Health Systems.

   

John A. Paglia, MD FACS, FAAOS

Fracture care, Arthroscopic Surgery, Total Joint Replacement

A graduate of Georgetown Medical School, Dr. Paglia completed one year of General Surgical Training and four years of Orthopedic Surgical Training at the New Jersey Medical School and State Trauma Hospital. He served as Chief Resident in Orthopedic Surgery at the University. Dr. Paglia is Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery, on active staff at PMC, a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery and also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

   
Brian A. Powers, MD FACS, FAAOS

Fracture care, Arthroscopic Surgery, Arthritis Care

A graduate of Johns Hopkins University, Dr. Powers completed his internship and Orthopedic Residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He served as Chief Resident in Orthopedic Surgery at the University. Dr. Powers is Board certified, on active staff in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery and also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
